ELECTRIC BILL kills me !

As we know, today's electric bill had increase. Yesterday when i look at the electric bill, i got shock ! The way the government charge is lower down the unit and increase the price to 0.4++ per unit. Every 85unit, it will increase the price. What the hack is going on man ! I had fixed the rental price for those who are renting and now the electric had increased which means i shall make plans or increase their rental price? Therefore, i can say that i'm having financial problem now. Stuck because of the fucking bills. Shall i increase or make 3 people to fit in every rooms? What should i do now? Is there anyone can suggest some ideas to me ?

I wish to end the contract soon ):
