Communication is important

I find out that the way you communicate with others really stand a problem for you. You always told me that you cannot get a new member and now i know why. You choose people to be a new member in your life instead of making friends with others. The way you talk to them, is not the way you want to be friends with them. What i feel was, you just talk and go . That's all you want? You have to really talk properly with people and tell them what in a polite way? Is that really hard for you to do so ?
